St George Wharf
Overview
St George Wharf is one of London's newest waterside developments. A magnificent 93,000 sq m (1 million sq ft) mixed use scheme overlooking the River Thames at Vauxhall Bridge. The development comprises of luxury apartments, retail units, offices and restaurant units, as well as a proposed health/fitness facility.
Vauxhall has circa 20,000 office staff and 15,000 residents, creating an excellent opportunity for commercial enterprises in this regenerated area.
The development provides new and attractive public spaces away from the traffic-dominated environment of the gyratory system, which maximise the amenity value of the riverside, allowing further improvements to the public realm with greater ease of permeability and integration into the streetscape.
